Partnerships

Put the right watch offer in front of the right collector.

Blue Dial Labs is building a decision layer that evaluates partner inventory against private collector purchase criteria—reference, condition, geography, warranty, price, and other relevant terms. When an offer best fits, the collector can continue to the seller or marketplace's existing transaction surface with supported attribution preserved.

Why partners participate

Qualified relevance, not undifferentiated traffic.

The commercial value is not another listing impression or access to a collector's private buying policy. It is better decision context: whether a partner offer genuinely fits, whether it deserves attention, and whether the collector should continue to that transaction surface.

01 / Demand

Explicit collector intent

A Pursuit can capture the target reference, budget threshold, condition, completeness, geography, warranty, and other constraints that determine whether an offer is worth acting on. Those criteria remain private by default and are used by Blue Dial Labs to evaluate fit.

02 / Control

The existing transaction stays intact

Blue Dial Labs is a discovery and decision layer, not a closed marketplace. A retailer, dealer, or marketplace keeps its existing checkout, fulfillment process, customer experience, and transaction surface.

03 / Attribution

Attributable outbound traffic

Where the partner relationship supports it, offer links can preserve source and commercial attribution while sending the collector directly to the seller or marketplace's original listing or transaction surface.

Relevant partner types include retailers, dealers, marketplaces, affiliate and technology platforms, and qualified catalog or data providers.

Illustrative collector view

Make the partner value visible.

A partner offer should appear with enough context for the collector to understand why it qualifies—not simply because it is available or commercially sponsored.

The existing seller or marketplace remains the transaction endpoint. Blue Dial Labs supplies the comparison and decision context around the offer.

Why Blue Dial Labs?

Earn the recommendation by fitting the decision—not by buying placement.

Blue Dial Labs connects partner offers to collector purchase criteria rather than undifferentiated traffic. When an offer genuinely fits, it can earn attention and attributable outbound traffic while the existing seller or marketplace retains the transaction surface.

Commercial participation can improve access and attribution. It cannot buy ranking, confidence, or recommendation.

Start small

A partner pilot does not require an enterprise integration.

A narrow data sample is enough to test identity quality, offer usefulness, attribution, and collector relevance before either side expands scope.

01

Share a bounded data sample

Use an existing API, affiliate or product feed, scheduled structured export, or another agreed exchange covering a limited set of references or SKUs.

02

Normalize and qualify

Blue Dial Labs resolves product identity, seller, channel, economics, terms, source, and confidence, then compares qualifying offers against private collector criteria.

03

Measure useful outbound behavior

Evaluate whether the normalized offers produce relevant collector actions and attributable traffic before considering broader coverage or deeper integration.

Responsible data access

Sanctioned data first.

The core product does not depend on indiscriminate or unauthorized scraping. Production sources are evaluated for access rights, retention and redistribution terms, data quality, reliability, attribution, and operational risk.

Preferred

Partner-authorized interfaces

Official APIs, direct retailer or dealer feeds, and approved affiliate or product feeds provide the clearest operating path.

Licensed

Commercial data with defined rights

Licensed datasets can support identity, catalog, availability, or market evidence when the permitted use, retention, and display boundaries are clear.

Exception

Narrow compliant monitoring

Site monitoring is considered only where it is legally, contractually, technically, and commercially appropriate—not as the foundation of the company.

Commercial neutrality

Partners can earn the recommendation. They cannot buy it.

A commercial relationship can make data available and attribution measurable. It cannot improve an offer's rank, stated confidence, or collector-facing recommendation. If another action better serves the collector, the system must remain free to say so.
